Have used this guy twice now. Once when I’d locked my keys in my van, it was evening time but he was at my house within half an hour and got it sorted straight away without causing any damage to my van whatsoever. Was a very reasonable price too with it being out of hours - was still over £100 cheaper than other places were quoting us. Second time my mum needed a new car key as the lock buttons on hers weren’t working. He was very informative of choices and despite him being poorly on the day he came and got it sorted no problem and now she has a brand new key. Have always had fab communication and really couldn’t recommend him enough. Would pass his info on to anyone. Thanks again! ~ Jordan H

My keys got stuck in the lock of my front door and after a search on-line, and reading through the reviews of the locksmiths I found, I contacted PavLock. I’m so glad I made the call, after explaining my situation I was talked through the process of what would happen once on-site, pricing etc. etc. and that someone could be with me within the next half hour. Once on-site (arrived well within the half hour) and once the job was assessed, again I was talked through the whole procedure, pricing etc. What a great service, punctual, reliable and very well priced, I would not hesitate to recommend PavLock. ~ B

Amazing 10/10 service. I bought a new Range Rover evoque and it only came with one key 🔑 definitely going be an expensive one if it got lost. So I done a quick search on Google and found pavolock auto locksmith. After a quick email he got me booked in the following day. With the option of coming to me or going to him he’s only in Unstone so I popped over there. When I arrived he happily sorted my new key and made sure it was all working perfectly. Excellent service from PavLock and very good communications, arriving exactly when he said he would. Despite presenting him with a very difficult task replacing my broken patio door lock, he was unfazed. It was difficult because a replacement lock/mechanism was no longer available but he was able to adapt a universal one so that it fitted and performed well. He is hard working, polite and cleans up afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending him if you have lock problems that need resolving. ~ Brett S

Panel was brilliant! We looked our keys in the car whilst on holiday in the Peak District. I called up and he was really communicative regarding whether he would be able to help (had to look up a few features with the car to ensure he had the gear to unlock it) and once it was confirmed he was able to get into the car he arrived quickly and was absolutely great, got into the car promptly. Bought an Audi Q2 70 plate but unfortunately it only came with one key, after calling several auto locksmiths they all said the same thing - the couldn’t do it as it was on the new system and I’d have to go to Audi direct, well you can imagine how much that cost! I called Pawel just in case and he said YES l now have a spare key for half the price of the dealership! I drove to him as it’s in Unstone which isn’t very far from me. Brilliant is the only way i can describe the service i received went to have a spare key made for a Land rover i recently bought he programmed a new key in no time but then the original key stopped working he opened the key to find out somebody had done a repair to it previously, he soldiered the 2 points that caused the issue at no extra charge to me. All this was done in no time at all and a fraction of what Land rover would have charged. 5 star plus all the way. ~ Chris H

Fantastic service. Pawel responded quickly to initial enquiry about replacement key for Skoda Fabia and arranged appointment on next working day. Work was completed at his premises in Dronfield in about 20 mins. For comparison, the main Skoda dealer requires a 40 minute appointment followed by a 2 week wait for the key to be ready! Cost was very reasonable and £100 less than main dealer! Pawel is pleasant, knowledgeable and proficient - I would not hesitate to recommend him. ~ Tim

Amazing service from Pawel and saved me going to a dealership for my 54 plate Iveco Daily as other locksmiths refused to touch it! He travelled to my house in Chesterfield and so polite. He was on time, great communication before during and after and persevered when it wouldn't start and fixed the problem. Great value, excellent service and would recommend. Locked my car keys in the boot (with my doggo inside) and called PavLock. Fantastic service. He answered the phone straight away. Superb service, rang on Sunday morning as I'd locked myself out of my van, which was a major issue for me as I had a 4 hour journey ahead of me. 40 minutes later Pav was on site and straight to work. Problem solved in minutes, asked him make me a new key which was not an issue for him. Done and programmed..... Can't fault him. Very Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very reasonable. I broke the key in my back door lock, we contacted PavLock and they would come and sort the lock out. I had a text message to say he would be ten minutes and arrived when he said he would. A very pleasant young man arrived and got the lock changed, checked and sorted out. He made sure that the door locked both inside and outside and I was happy with the job done. Pav was excellent, I had a Nissan with a failing part of the ignition barrel which other auto locksmiths didn't want to repair (they wanted to replace the whole barrel and make new keys). Pav came to my home in south Sheffield and dismantled the steering column and stripped down and replaced the worn part and put it all back together again in record time - in the pouring rain. Used Pavlock for first time but Definitely no the last. Having a fleet of 20 Mercedes Sprinters, I need him I'm my workflow.2015 Mercedes Sprinter with ignition problem, which turns out is nothing for Pavlock. Within 1 hour after my journey to his location in Dronfield, it had new ignition coded, steering lock fixed and van good to go on the road again. Respond fast to message with costs and availability. Arranged a time but also kept me upto date by giving 30mins notice to say he had set off. Was polite and appearance was smart and clean. Explained how long it would take and when key was ready asked me to check it was working before he went, said it came with a guarantee and any issues to let him know. Happy with service would use again (but hoping not to loose the key again) ~ Anna B

Contacted pavlock on FB messages for a replacement key for my audi, we arranged Friday at 12.30. I received a message to say he was 30mins away, it didn't take him long to cut me a new key and then programming which a few id asked before pavlock couldnt do my car model so hes got all the proper tools for the job. Once the key was finished he tested and then asked me to test before payment. I would have no problem recommending pavlocks thanks ~ Rory J

Powar responded so quickly to my enquiry, and was there at the arranged time. He got on with the job and gave me advise about all my security doors in a very professional manner. I snapped a key in a lock after just having moved into our house. I gave Pawel a call and he came and did a superb job for me. He tried really hard to remove the key from the lock but it wouldn’t move. So he fitted a nice new lock. Would highly recommend. After a burglary I rang and they arrived in about 10 minutes replaced the locks with a more secure mechanism on 2 doors for £129. Highly delighted with PavLock. Pavel came out to help me when I found myself locked out after work on a Friday evening. He was absolutely fantastic, very friendly and professional.
